Trump \ ˈtrəmp \ noun (often attributive)
1: the full bundle of destructive character traits in a person or group, taken together as a single force — especially cruelty, dishonesty, self-importance, greed, spite, cowardice, and contempt for others
2: conduct marked by habitual bad faith: manipulating, blaming, humiliating, or rewriting reality to gain advantage or attention
3: an atmosphere of moral ugliness in which decency, truth, and accountability are treated as optional
Examples:
“The apology wasn’t an apology — it was pure Trump.”
“Once the incentives reward lying and bullying, Trump spreads fast.”
“Don’t bring Trump into this conversation.”
Usage:
Trump is typically used for patterns, not one-off mistakes.
Often used as a mass noun (“a lot of Trump”), but can be countable in casual speech (“a Trump moment”).
Common intensifiers: raw Trump, peak Trump, next-level Trump.
Etymology: formed as a compact label for “full-spectrum moral ugliness,” especially when multiple vices operate together.

Need for it to not be capitalized. Once the meaning (deservedly) becomes a generic substitution for a summation of a wide range of despicable character traits, it will no longer be a proper noun.
It would then become an additional meaning for “trump” as when merely referring to an overriding card in a card game.
It would also be listed in addition as an adjective, as in “the politician was full of trump behavior.” In this case “trump” modifies the noun “behavior”, replacing other adjectives such as “devious”, “mindless”, “chaotic”, “vindictive” or “sadistic”.
Trumped again!
